Prayer
You are invited to keep the following in your prayers throughout the month:
- Kennedy Chlupp - one of our youngest members who is being treated for Leukemia.
- Jeanette Kreutzer and Bud Walters who are all presently in hospice programs.
- The homeless in Washington County. There numbers are growing and the services are limited.
- Our brothers and sisters in the Meru Dioceses who continue to face hunger and hardship because of lack of rain.
- Our Shut-Ins
We will be listing prayer concerns each month so that you can join in the work of praying for those in need.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

So much appreciation is owed to so many we are sure to miss someone, so apologies in advance!!
- Thank you to everyone who made Trinity’s Advent cantata such a wonderful experience for our congregation; your music touched our hearts with the true spirit of the season!
- Thank you to Hazel Griffin. Once again she went above and beyond the wonderful musical coordination and accompaniment she provides every week at Trinity to find beautiful, diverse and meaningful advent songs and blend them into a beautiful, unified, advent telling of the story.
- Thank you to all the Trinity members, both our faithful long-term singers and our new singers, and to our guests…for making time in your busy lives to be a part of the choir. Thanks to Gregg and Mary Hughes, Pam Marolla, Pierce Griffin. Sharon Stolper, Karen Wachholz, and Susan Klein who shared their amazing instrumental talents to enrich the choral sound. What a difference that additional instrumental texture makes! …and special thanks to Darci Ketter, for making time in the midst of this very busy season to share her great gifts of music and direction to bring out the best joyful musician in each of us! Trinity has been blessed by the contribution each of you made, and we are so very grateful!!
- A big thank you to all who lent a hand with the Family Promise project--well done! We will host again the fourth week in January.
- We continue to enjoy the weekly Bible study with Merle Boos--thanks for sharing, Merle!
- The talents of Dennis Dricken, Ron Fink and Rich Hills have helped us keep some repair bills down.
- Praise for our loyal office helpers: Arlyss Speener, Gladys Boos, Eileen Ecker, Nancy Goschey, John Haugen, Lucille Zautcke and Barbara Gunnare. Bless you to all the constant donators to the Food Pantry, Giving and Mitten trees, food baskets, etc.
- Special thanks to our "yarnaholics" Carol Faber and Jane Limberg for the many many scarves and mittens they created!
- What would we do without the help received with the children's Christmas program.
- Hats off to those who are currently sharing themselves as volunteers in whatever capacity--you are the heart of Trinity!! It takes about 140 volunteers each weekend to support our worship, educational and fellowship activities. A big thank you goes to our ushers, greeters, readers, communion assistants, singers, coffee hour hosts/hostess’, food providers, communion set up, children’s ministry leaders and shepherds, sound technicians, transportation ministry teams and schedule coordinators. We wouldn’t have everything run so smoothly without your help.
- Thanks to the generosity of our children’s ministry families, we have raised over $600 since September with their weekly offering. With your generous donations, Trinity’s Children’s Ministry will be able to purchase many animals for ELCA World Hunger. Watch future newsletters for exact totals.
